Sealing solutions
Body/bonnet joint gaskets
Thanks to the support of VED’s GPE Business Unit to produce static seals, we can supply the body/bonnet gaskets, detecting their dimensions when the valve is dismantled. Whether they are flat gaskets (synthetic fibers), semi-metallic gaskets (spiral wound gasket, camprophile, jacketed) or metal (ring-joint, flat) we can satisfy even the most stringent requests quickly.
Pressure seal gasket
Designed for pressure seal type valves, the gasket requires a significantly lower load than its corresponding metal seal and provides a higher seal class. Grafoil® GTJ compote (99.8% purity) and stainless steel. Steel provides resistance and anti-extrusion properties and Grafoil® adapts to uneven sealing surfaces. The gasket can be easily removed from the seat between the bonnet and the valve body.

DIE MOULD RINGS SGS6000
SGS6000 seal pack consists of intermediate rings preformed in Grafoil® and top and bottom rings in Thermabraid® packing, with a profile designed to optimize and improve sealing performance.
Ta/Luft Certification for the control and reduction of atmospheric emissions.
COMPLETE MOLD SETS FOR GRAPHITE PRESSURE SEALS
After over 40 years of experience in maintenance and urgent request supplies, we support many industrial plants as an excellent partner for them. In the field of pressure seal, we have produced external diameters up to 835mm and totaled a park of over 350 molds.

Packing
ThermaBraid® packing is ideal for use on valves, in refineries, in petrochemical plants, in hydrocarbon transformation processes, in paper mills, and in the production of pulp, in thermal power plants, and in all other industrial applications.
The packing is made only of Grafoil®, flexible graphite without binders, resins, or adhesives. It is resilient, compressible, thermally stable. Eliminates the possibility of damaging the stems, is self-lubricating, and fully satisfies countless applications, even at extreme pressures and temperatures. ThermaBraid® packing is fire resistant, versatile, compatible with most chemicals.
