Our philosophy is to install original spare parts during overhauls.
If, due to procurement times incompatible with downtimes, this is not possible, we are able to quickly supply non-original spare parts accompanied by a certificate of compatibility containing the salient information (manufacturer, materials, treatments).
The software, intended for both users and companies that offer valve maintenance service, is a database containing the identified data of each valve (code, manufacturer, serial number, size, class, operating and design conditions, etc.) which offers the possibility to record the history of periodic checks and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
Review reports can be generated containing the conditions of discovery, the interventions performed, the indications for the subsequent periodic verification with the possibility of inserting images, drawings, certificates and various documents.
In addition to allowing the organized management of the installed valve park, the system guarantees the traceability of the interventions by offering valid support in terms of safety.

Body/Castle joint gaskets
Thanks to the support of the GPE division of VED for the production of static seals, we are able to supply the gaskets of the body / castle coupling, detecting their dimensions when the valve is disassembled.
Whether they are flat gaskets (synthetic fibers), semi-metallic (spirometallic, camprofile, metal-plastic) or metal (ring-joint, flat) we are able to satisfy even the most severe requests in a short time.
Packings
ThermaBraid® packing is ideal for use on valves, in refineries, in petrochemical plants, in hydrocarbon transformation processes, in paper mills and in the production of paper pulp, in thermoelectric plants, and in all other industrial applications.
The packing is made only of flexible Grafoil® graphite without binders, resins or adhesives. It is resilient, compressible, thermally stable.
It eliminates the possibility of damaging the rods, it is self-lubricating and fully satisfies countless applications, even at extreme pressures and temperatures.
ThermaBraid® packing is fire resistant, versatile, compatible with most chemicals.
Autoclave sealing gasket
Designed for pressure seal valves, the autoclave gasket requires a significantly lower load than its metal counterpart and provides a higher seal class.
Composed of Grafoil® GTJ (99.8% degree of purity) and stainless steel. Steel provides strength and anti-extrusion properties and Grafoil® adapts to uneven sealing surfaces.
The autoclave gasket can be easily removed from the seat between the bonnet and the valve body.
The SGS6000 packing consists of pre-formed intermediate rings in Grafoil® and top and bottom rings in Thermabraid® packing, with a profile designed to optimize and improve sealing performance.
